• Contact and finalize wedding day details with all of your vendors to ensure all professionals are in line for the big day
• Oversee and coordinate the decorating of the venue, including rentals, guest tables, flower arrangements, and all wedding accents and stationery

• Coordinate the order of events with the DJ/band, photographer, and catering staff to ensure a smooth flow to the reception

• This includes unlimited time by the planner to conduct all research and interviews
• We'll consult with you on each vendor option, giving you our recommendation for best fit. You have the ability to approve vendor choices or request to be given more options. You will make the final decision on all vendor selections.
• We'll review all contracts between you and the vendor, and you will sign contracts/remit payment directly
• We will be the main point of contact with each vendor (minimal emails for you) and will sit in on all vendor meetings or take your place, as needed
